Latest article on Follicle Thought, J Hewitt are starting clinical trials in Japan using TissUse SHT technology. An ambitious CEO hoping to fast track but realistically how soon after starting trials could they commercialise?

Technology similar to Intercytex which never launched due to lack of regrowth and therefore funding, however very promising for maintenance.

One to watch out for next year or is the CEO all talk... And could this possibly put pressure on Shiseido to launch sooner to capture the market for cultured follicle stem cell injections?

Inductivity refers to a cell's ability to signal and induce differentiation in other stem cells via expression of the associated markers and signalling molecules. In the case of DP cells they are known to induce HF formation from epithelial cells.

I don't believe it's correct to say DSC cells are non-inductive, there is just less information on their signalling pathways at this stage.

In simpler terms for the purposes of our discussion one could say that the difference between inductive cells and non-inductive cells means whether or not cells retain their identity as hair cells or turn into skin cells during culture.

And as far as I'm aware it has not been shown that cultured DSC cells grow hair in humans with or without inductivity. I think Replicel is a bust either way. Shisiedo is using the same tech as Replicel and Shisiedo has gone quite dark regarding their RCH-01 study. Their silence speaks volumes.

I got it from another site that wants its' members to keep it down low. And now it appears that there is some confusion as to whether they are going to re-inject cells or implant some sort of cloned follicles. Initially ithe source referred to cells and now they're saying it might be follicles. I will update soon. But this is going to happen in December.

all we know is that we have some data for release in july, but that data is not for the public.

And as shown before, they do release studies there is beyond the RCH-01 clinical trail. Which indicate that it is rather complex and they try to understand how hair follicles work to maybe enhance their efficacy. It can of course be used beyond the RCH-01 study, other companies and research teams can use the data.

So they aren't on the idle side.

Data will come sooner or later, maybe they are going to get a better understanding still and share those results internal to understand better.

I do not fully understand the science behind it. But was this approach viable? I'm thinking about reaching out to the Tissuse Company and ask them about the status. Why are they selling their technology to such a shitty company. I still don't find ANY information about Hewitt.

I doubt Tissuse is a scam itself. They are backed by the technical university of Berlin
