Hello there, I'm new here. I'm 35 years old. Discovered some thinning spots 1 year ago and started immediately on a routine I have listed below in my sig. Hairloss got a little worse since then.

Now I'm thinking in getting a hair transplant soon and starting on DUTASTERIDE right away.

What do you think?

Here are my pics, I look terrible. My hairline sucks, it's so depressing some day I don't wanna go to work... crown is intact tho.. take a look.
