Okay, here goes.

I'm thinking of adding MSM and flaxseed oil to my regimen but am not sure how much of a dose to go with. According to the omniscient internet, msm daily supplements can be anywhere from 200-1000mg daily.

If anyone has experience with these supplements I would appreciaite your insight.

The whole flax thing is confusing to me - because the big thing now is the flax lignans - which I think is something akin to wheat germ in its' consistencey. Don't know where to get that or how much to take. Until I really look into it seriously, I'm just sticking w/ the flax seed oil supplements.

MSM - I use the GNC brand. 1500 mg each pill. Take 2 x per day. Some guys do 4500 mg MSM regularly.
