I've been doing it all wrong with minoxidil?

Hi all,

I heard that when you apply minoxidil(my xandrox) that your suppose to use a fan to dry it.. I've been doing this the last 2 weeks as I thought I was told to do this.. Now I see that your suppose to leave that on.. Well?
