I've Been Concerned With My Crown For Weeks But This..

So I've been at about nw2-3 for about 6-12 months now and haven't noticed any thinning really on my crown.. but recently i'm becoming more aware of that burning feeling that occurs when we're losing our hair.

I've been on minoxidil for a while and it's been sort of helping with my hairline, but i'm worried it's not doing much to help my crown. I'm 22.
