hey man :)

Are you sure you need a hair transplant - no chance of the hair growing back on finasteride/Min/Nizoral, etc?

Hair transplants should probably be the last thing considered if you ask me!

I've never tried...one of this...I don't have a good hairline...and my temples are receded also the front side is ...thin like a diffuser...so...that's why I want a hair implant...after implant I'll take only finas...because I don't want to have any other problems ...my only problem that really bothers me...is the fact that I'm not shedding at all...how do I know if I'm going bald or not in the future?...I know that sometimes you don't need to shed to thin or going bald...but...c'mon I've never heard someone with problems without saying that his hair is falling down...

erm, just because I dunno, they're kinda pricey and.. I dunno I mean if it's at ALL possible to save your natural hair it might be preferable. Brian Simonis seems to be quite knowledgeable with rescuing dying hair follicles, he was speaking about the problem of fibrosis (collagen formation around miniaturized follicles) and probably knows some ways to get around it and help the collagen.. do whatever it needs to do O.O
