Isopropyl Alcohol Alternative To Using On Scalp

Looking for advise on alternative to Isopropyl alcohol as i have developed a problem using it on my scalp.

After using it on my scalp it blocks up my sinus and my eyes hurt...

i have been using Isopropyl alcohol 99% for two years and no problem but recently i have the above issues

For scalp cleaning after removal this is the absolute best. I've tried nearly half a dozen $25+ shampoos designed for this purpose that are terrible.
