Since S5 has been discontinued and replaced by some snake oil, does anyone know where to buy some topical spironolactone?

Kind of makes you wonder if topical spironolactone itself was a snake oil all along or did it actually work? Not many people had major success on that, and here it is being replaced by a snake oil
