Is This Thinning? Or Is This Normal?

If i comb my hair in 2 sides, i see this line where there is barely hair.
Is this because my hair is thinning or is this naturally?

I’m on finasteride and minoxidil for about 8 months now.

i have had a hair transplant in september of 1500 grafts to restore my hairline. My temples were gone.

Here is a comparison:

the first picture is my hair with some wax in it and styled to the front to cover my temples. this was before finasteride in march 2019.

2nd and 3rd pictures are my hair this week. Look crown and middle.

do you guys also see improvement or atleast maintainance?

Yes i think i'm diffuse thinning too.
But if i look at pictures of a year ago, my hear is way better or atleast the same of how it was.

I'm not 100% sure because i'm still shedding. But i think it is because of the finasteride and the dualgen 15 plus (top mino+top finasteride) that i'm using.

Even my barber told me last month that my crown and middle is much fuller then before. It is very hard for me to determine if i lost ground.
