So I’m 20 years old and until about 6 months ago, I’ve had a straight across squared up hairline, and I’ve noticed obvious recession on the left temple. It started thinning and getting “chewed out” until it left a bald spot where it used to be a straight across hairline. I am now losing tons of hair in the shower, most hairs are super thin apart from my normal thick strands, I’d say just around a hundred, and when I shake my hair, not a hundred of course but it’s a lot more then the 0 I had before. I know for sure that I’m receding and I’m also getting a bit concerned about my hair whirl and it’s width, tho maybe I’ve always had it I’m just paranoid not sure, I just wouldn’t be surprised by how much hair shedding I’m losing. Also my family have good to decent hair apart from my dad, who unfortunately got struck with aggressive balding in his early 20’s and is now bald. Will my hair line loss slow down or am I destined to be like my father, I just want to catch it in time if it is. If it’s a “mature hairline” then I’m sorry to bother. Thank you
