Hi everyone, I have posted here before . But now I have another question, take a look at my scalp and tell me what u think! Is this over excessive sebum? I have an extremely oily skin .. but I hav only noticed this lately.

I do shower regularly! Wtf man . It’s something in my scalp but it’s scary . I have an extreme oily skin. But i have no idea why it looks like this. I checked at a dermatologist a few months ago and she prescribed minoxidil,m and dandruff shampoo! What do u think it is? I use nizoral & caffeine shampoo twice a week.
