Is This Retrograde Or New Hair Growing?

Hi guys, I posted a thread a couple of months ago and I think It's time for an update.

I'm currently 18 years old and I think I have Retrograde Alopecia happening, I can't quite decide if it is or not or if it's just new hair regrowing after being cut extremely short. My sister cut my sides and back to a #1 basically a buzz cut. What do you guys think?

Slightly retrograde...it's normal have less density around the ears
