Is This Retrograde Alopecia, Normal Diffuse Thinning, Or Telogen Effluvium?

I'm 22 years old. In the past 2 years I've noticed a gradual hair thinning, but in the past 2 months it has been especially significant. In the past half year I have had a bad diet and sleep schedule, so maybe this could be a cause. I have also noticed my scalp has been pretty itchy at times in the past few weeks, usually in the shower or when I am exercising.
My dad and grandfather still have juvenile hairlines, my maternal grandfather started balding in the late 20s.

How bad is it? If it is retrograde alopecia, how long do you think I have before the balding becomes very noticeable?

Really appreciate the help.

This is a very perculiar case, I'd say you should visit a doctor and have some blood test done....check your thyroid and bloodwork for deficiencys.

looks similar to my hair. 999 out of 1000 its genetic related Hairloss. You might be the one, but I highly doubt it. Wish you good luck, though.
