Is This Retrograde Alopecia?????? Help

Ive always had thinning at the temple/side burn and over my ears its only noticeable when my hair gets long....is this retrograde alopecia?? if so what causes it and is there a cure?

Dam it seems like nothing for hair issues are treatable, what causes this? deficiencies or is it a disease? I'm already using minoxidil all over for diffused thinning on crown and I'm in the middle of trialling RU on my hairline and temples

Yes. It is treatable if you are lucky. You are bright to notice this hair loss. It tends not to be terrible but some is indeed lost in front of the ears.

Here's a recent pic so you can see what these sides, at least from the front, look like when they fill in.
