My new regimen

spironolactone 5% cream on the temples and hairline in the morning
minoxidil 5% in the morning
Tricomin spray
Genhair spironolactone 2% lotion
Tricomin Spray
minoxidil 5% at night
spironolactone 5% Cream at night
1mg finasteride before bed

Nizoral every second day

Is this overkill for my scalp?

googler, it is an overkill imo.
I would take a break (at least once a week for one application).
Also, have you considered dutasteride?
May be add NANO shampoo for additional SOD and regrowth

depends on how bad your situation is?

understand that its a big commitment to keep up with all that sh*t day after day!

Realistically I wont be able to keep it up because of daily committments but I'll try stick to it as best as I can. I am a 21 year old norwood 2 diffuser, losing my hair for 4 years now, I have started to thin a lot during the past year. Before this I was only taking finasteride and minoxidil, now I am willing to throw everything but the kitchen sink at it, the kitchen sink being dutasteride.

Would it be beneficial taking all of the regimen, and would I run a risk of causing inflammation of my scalp?

googler,
you may not get any inflammation at all. the scalp situation varies from person to person.
I suggest you try the big 3 and add the additional gradually to make sure you can keep up with the regimen and your scalp can take it

googler, as you have tried finasteride and minoxidil, i would suggest using the spironolactone and when you get the chance throught the day some tricomin will be beneficial. Im also 21 and hair has gotten a bit worse, thats why i just added spironolactone, tricomin is next on the list if things dont get better by the end of the year. Goodluck
