I have a concern.I am 21 years old and I have been obsessing a lot with my hair since the last year. I went to the derm and he told me that I do not have male pattern baldness. My hair is pretty thick and my hairline is not receding.3 months ago in the very front part of my widows peak I noticed that a new hair was starting to grow but this was finer than the rest, this was worrying me ,I have some thinner hairs than the rest at the very beginning of the widows peak. And today I looked at the mirror and this hair fell out.I read that it is normal to have some thinner hairs in the beginning of the hairline, even the females have them.So do you think that having this kind of hairs is normal?.Is it normal that this hair fell 3 months after it was born?

Could be the beginnings of a maturing hairline, nothing to worry about, you're just getting older and growing up.
