Is This Miniturization Or New Hairs On My Hairline/temples?

Hi all, 25 year old male here.

Firstly, I apologise for the low quality picture. My phone struggles to focus to close things but I've tried to make it focus as much as it can.

The pictures are annotated, and are of my right and left temples.

I have some hair that I don't know if is miniaturised or are new hairs. Some of the hairs have 2 hair strands coming out of one hole, and when putting my finger against them feel prickly.

Also, I even have a few hairs that have just come out of my skin. As in they are very tiny, you can see these in img_2042, on the 2nd arrow from the right.

Furthermore, some are growing a good 10mm away from my hairline. What does this mean? Was my hairline once there, or are these new hairs?

Right Side of hairline - 22 seconds in is good quality, might want to pause there to see a focussed shot.

Left side of hairline - 13 seconds in is good quality, might want to pause there to see a focussed shot.

Those look like miniaturized hairs, but if you look very closely as your scalp under the right light/angles you can see the miniaturized hairs. There are probably more, and if its happening elsewhere say the crown/ all over its male pattern baldness. I dont know if a few lone miniaturized hairs would warrant getting on the big 3, but if there is more there I would.
I would never advise someone with signs of male pattern baldness or a mature hairline to just sit around and see if it never changes. Nothing gets better with age.

Thank you for your reply. Do you mind highlighting which ones are miniturised so I can see what an actual miniturised hair looks like? Then I can go over my scalp and look for more and take pics.

Hey. Nope not yet. I have booked a GP appointment, but knowing NHS wait times here in the UK, it'll probably be a few months before I can see a dermatologist.

Anyone else have any opinions? Would really appreciate it!

How old are you? Your hair line looks just like mine, I got on finasteride because I was shedding like a dog though.
