Is This Miniaturizing Hair? Opinions

hello everyone
I have receded on temples a bit
Went to dermatologist and she diagnosed me with telogen effluvium
But I think it might be male pattern baldness I have a picture with a little hair sticking out of the hairline
Which I think I always had but now I’m actually paying attention to it
What do you guys think?

I'm not actually sure, but if you are you're very early stages so try not to panic. Seriously, I know it sucks, but if you get on treatments and use them consistently you won't even have to worry about this.

I’m 18 years old
What do you think about going on Finasteride ?

I'm almost 19 and I've been on finasteride for a few weeks. If you think you're fully grown I don't see why you shouldn't get on it.
