I am a bit paranoid with my hair as I find it out for my hair to fall so much within two to four months.

Hair was fine until I started to notice thinness during September 2019. It got worse when I was undergoing major stress from college projects and finals.
Was also going a somewhat strict diet that may lead to nutrient deficiency.
