Is this legit Finasteride?

Trying to figure out whether the finasteride i take is actually finasteride or just bollocks since ive done nothing but lose ground.
here's what it says on the packet:
finasteride Pro 5mg
film coated tablets
finasteride
dr reddy's laboratories Australia pty ltd


I pick it up at the pharmacy up the road


(I cut it with a pill cutter and just leave the pill in the pill cutter for the next night)

I cut it into 1/4's then leave the cut pieces i haven't used in the pill cutter

Its an india company who is based worldwide apparently.
is it okay to leave cut pills in a pill cutter?

I just took a pill for heartburn and it was the exact same company so they must be a pretty big worldwide. If you store the pill cutter the same as your medicine, why not?
