Is this indicative of miniturization?

Up until 4 or 5 months ago it would have been unthinkable for me to even part my hair so that scalp would show. Now I have to cover this up

Possibly, do you have any before pictures? Are you on any treatments as of yet?

Possibly some miniaturization, but I'm sure someone on here could give you better info, as im no expert. If It gets worse I'd fr sure start with at least finasteride (know all the info on it first of course). For now a concealer like toppik ect would hide that one spot well I think.
