Is This Hair Transplant Result Good ? I Was Told Otherwise

its better than bald, but unnatural and due to poor design not alot of density...for 24g thats a bad job
The design is low yes but i dont see how the density is low? The guy is wearing gel in the picture you can tell which makes hair look like that. This was done by alvi armarni.

The first one wasn't very good. The before and after showed almost no difference for the amount of money spent, and the hairline is far too straight, which looks unnatural.
The other three you posted show a bigger difference. Density wise they look good, but again, the hairline is unnaturally straight. If he'd designed even a slight natural curve it would have been seamless, but as it stands it just screams "I've had a transplant!".
It's amazing what a difference such a subtlety can make.
The third one, the guy with the grey hair, is definitely the best as I can make out a slight curve. I actually like that one. The first two, you could pretty much take a ruler to their hairline and see how straight it is. Not good.
Also with the second one, the guy has thinned out temples, which should have been worked on. It looks unnatural for him to have such a low, straight hairline with faded temples like that.
