It all comes down to how serious you are about getting your hair back into shape and/or saving what you have now. I sure wish i didn't have to use the big 3 but now I only wish I had started earlier. Its somewhat of a pain using it everyday but you get used to it. The benefits are enough of a motivation for me. Using nizoral by itself will not stop any type of agressive hairloss by itself, but you are on the right path.
