Would this be considered balding?

Not really, you just appear to have a fine hair texture. You also have a more feminine hairline, which is a huge bonus in my opinion.

See your point. It could be thicker/denser

It can be easier to see scalp with people with fine/thin hair like you which is completely normal. The question for you is if you notice more thinning or shedding lately for you to be concerned. If you have older pictures of your hair you should compare them to your current ones. Do you have a family history of balding?

The only person in my family who really went bald was my uncle, everyone else remained with full hair, also I have noticed that a few hair strands have fallen out on a daily basis, but that could be because my hair is on the longer side

You should definitely keep an eye on it considering your uncle had male pattern baldness. We all lose hair everyday even if we don't notice it. Take care of your hair to avoid breakage due to the length.

Also take more pictures of your hairline and other parts of your hair to make it easier for you to compare so you could see if there is a problem quicker and more accurately.
