My temples i feel like a pressure there , i got lots of flakes and ichtes a lot , I m really stressed since family issues so this is on my mind constantly , I do shed some hair in shower but I don t know if that is normal and stuff I m 18 , i also can anyone answer me what Norwood scale i am?

Any tips I can do for my scalp? It just seems really unhealthy it stings sometimes , and lots of white flakes I m not sure if it is dandruff , because I thought dandruff is from oily skin , i got dry skin.
