Hi everyone. I first noticed that I was losing hair about two years ago, and it's been a very traumatic experience. My dad has a full head of hair, but when I look to my cousins, a lot of them have thinning hair. I've been trying minoxidil, propecia, and also some dht blocking shampoo but nothing seems to be slowing down my hair loss. Quite recently, I noticed a pink spot on my head, and I am frightened. Is this a normal pattern of hair loss or do I maybe have something else, like a ringworm? My hairline is also receding. I went to the doctor's before and all they did was prescribed me propecia. My head isn't itchy though but I've also had a lot of dandruff for as long as I can remember. Please give me some suggestions on what I should do.
