So a little backstory, I've always had some pretty thick hair, and also I've had a naturally higher hairline. The mole on my temple that you'll see in these pictures has been visible since I was about 15 (when I first got a short hair cut). Also, at around the age of 15, I started devoloping an issue with bulimia and anorexia, and had it all the way up until about 1 month ago. For the bulimia, I threw up multiple times a day, for about a full year. During my sophomore year I was about 5"9 and 100 pounds or so. Also combine that with a lot of drinking hard liquor, plus the shitty nutrition, and I feel like I'm a pretty likely candidate for religion effluvium. Just wanted some of your opinions on whether or not my hair was thin because of my recent past or because of male pattern baldness. My mom has some hair loss but that's due to an iron deficiency, my grandpa is about 70 and he has a NW3, or right about, and my dad is 45 and is at a NW2.5, but he also has a shitty diet and health habits. I have a very slight dip towards my temples, and thin hair, but my hair is the same thinness all over my head - the sides, the back, the crown - it's all the same width, it's just thin. So if anyone can tell me the likely hood that this is just caused by my ED's, or if it's actually likely to be male pattern baldness, please let me know! Thank you, also I am 18, and I had bulimia and anorexia for 3 years.
