is this acceptable hair for a 35 year old

I have been balding for 10 years and currently use propecia it has slowed a lot but gets worse a little bit each year.
I am scottish (I know bad hair genes) but my dad has full hair but my brotherI
is bald.
I am thinkink of hair transplant in Belgium. .......how many grafts will I need.

35 seems young for an hair transplant as you don't know yet how far things will get re hair loss. I think Duncan Bannatyne timed it about right as he was around 55 and had the hair island thing going on so he plugged in the sides. If you get a hair transplant at 35 and thin further on top you will be left with patches of growing hair transplant hair and minitiarised hair thinning and likely be looking at another hair transplant. Who says baldness or hair loss is unacceptable ?
