Possible MBP. Keep any eye on it and take the exact same shot 6 months from now. No change, ignore it, any change and you should get on treatments.

but I thought it was a whorl because I have short hair when I have a hair cut you can't see it long at front of the crown short at the bottom of the crown

That's a lot of scalp, could be a cowlick. There's not an easy way to answer without inspecting your scalp, like I said wait and see is the thing to do now. If you're really paranoid start with Nizoral and minoxidil and see if it goes away.

Forgot about this for 6 months-a year. At that point take another picture of the same spot with the same lighting etc. If there's no problem, forget about it, if the spot has gotten bigger or lighter than start researching what you can do.
