Is This A Receding Hairline Or A Mature Hairline? Age 19

Hello guys,
This is my hairline at 19 years old
I used finasteride for one day but i was scared about side efects so i stopped.

Is this mature hairline or receding hairline?
Left look like 0 receding but on right you can see small thinning.

Can finasteride increase my hairloss after one pill?

Actually i do scalp massage 2x 5min everyday and use zinc picolinate 22mg

planning to add nettle root 320mg every day

My dad is norwood 3-4 but he is 50 years old
Granddads are norwoods 2-3 60-70 years old

I think you’re fine but take pictures. I have a feeling you’ll probably stop around at around Norwood 2 for a while and then progress from there. But I guess are you trying to slow down that progression or are you alright with naturally getting to a Norwood three after a while?

I would like to slow down this process but actually without finasteride

I’m not sure what you can do to effectively slow it down without a dht blocker. Scalp massages I think are a good idea. Maybe also try saw palmetto? Or keto shampoo
