is this a good long time strategy?

As we all know the war against male pattern baldness has to be fought over a long time. So we need numerous weapons. My plan so far consists of:
1) Propecia + Ket-Shampoo until upregulation
-->2)dutasteride + Ket-Shampoo until upregulation
-->3)dutasteride+ Ket-Shampoo+minoxidil until I start losing ground again
-->4)Hoping and praying that HM is out until then

do you think this is a good plan for fighting Hair loss in the long run? any comments?

Sounds like a very solid strategy to me, and nice and simple. We don't know with HM of course, but my guess is you'll definately keep your hair till HM comes along with that regimen.

If your success ceased, there are many other things you could experiment with, but save them till it's necessary. Needless complications will keep your mind on hair loss longer...

save minoxidil for later if you want, but try folligen now. it is better to start dutasteride sooner than later unless you are worried about side effects.

College, why do u think it's better to start dutasteride sooner than early? or do u just mean it's better for your hair?

i imagine it's better to start it sooner than later because you will have better long term results. you will keep more of your hair if you start at NW2 compared to NW3, etc.
