-hair buzzed shorter with hairline visible. That might require SMP.
-some kind of facial hair

The guy looks good and most people here will agree but most other people who are not sympathetic to baldness will not see past the hair loss. Physique is irrelevant to them.

Fit and muscular body looks good man, to be fair I would shave it, because that is what I am planning to do, or try 0,5-1mm buzzcut. Either way keep your body and embrace the shaved look
