Is This A Cowlick Or A Thinning Crown?

I was just wondering, the hair doesn't feel any thinner in my crown than anywhere else on my head, and i did a hair pull text and the follicles aren't any more sensitive or weaker than the front or sides of my hair.

I'm having some slight recession at the corners of my hairline, and I saw a hair specialist and he said that it may just be maturing so i'd have to wait and see if i saw anymore thinning, and I guess I just kind of panicked
