I am so bummed already shelled out hundreds for RU, on minx and nizoral, tried finasteride and effective but to many sides.. is this a coming bald spot or a high res camera under lighting?

I'm concerned because I' know I have male pattern baldness but I've been on ru and thought I can maintain and this is what I find
