No, if you want it systemetically take it orally. You can apply it on your face as it apparently works wonders for a beard.

If you want more penetration try a 0.2 - 0.3 dermaroller. if you got a lot of hair in the area you wanna apply it, get a dermapen maybe even at 0.5mm and just dont press too hard.

Some people add like 2% retin-a to their minoxidil. tretinoin is also a ptgds inhibitor as well as stimutlates cd49.
