Is There Anything Else I Should Try Before It's Game Over?

I am still losing hair on finasteride and my forelock area (center hairline) is getting pretty thin. I tried duta but only last a little over 2 months before getting sides so back on just finasteride now. Is there anything else I should try as a last ditch effort before I lose all this hair. I don't have time to wait for these future treatments. I've used minoxidil 5% foam and liquid, both didn't even help with maintenance. Tried castor oil and derma rolling as well, with no success. Anything else you guys recommend? Feel like I am exhausting all my options here.

Save up for transplants? Some clinics also offer monthly payments.
I don't understand how people are able to get transplants when they have a full-time job. There is no way I could walk around with my head looking like that those first few weeks post-op. Wouldn't look presentable to clients.

Also hair loss hasn't stabilized, don't think it would be a good option.

Yeah its tough, u need to get time off and also have to come up for a reason as to why you are taking time off, assuming your job even allows you to take time off.

Get a job where you can wear hats.
