Is there anyone with a barely beard using finasteride? My theory is that for people with no beard and baldness at a young age, finasteride doesn't work. What you think about it?

Well this is exactly my case rn. I'm 18, I barely have a sparse mustache. I've just started taking finasteride so we'll see how it goes.Is there anyone with a barely beard using finasteride? My theory is that for people with no beard and baldness at a young age, finasteride doesn't work. What you think about it?

I have a thick beard and a lot of chest hair, and finasteride kept me at Norwood 1.5. I get your thinking, but that’s not really how it works. People with no beard don’t have less 5ar or lower dht, their beard follicles just arnt sensitive to it. It’s all about scalp hair sensitivity. There’s plenty of men with thick beards with great hair, and plenty of people with no facial hair who are balding
