I am not trans but extremely desperate.
I tried this regimen since november-2018:
a. 8mg Estradiol Valerate a day
b. 200mg Spironolactone (oral) a day
c. 5mg Finasteride a day
d. 10% minoxidil 2x a day
e. Nizoral 2% 3X a week

yet my hair has only gotten worse and worse, 2 norwoods down, a huge bald spot, people commenting etc.

And I experienced the gyno badly aka, the sensitivity and the gland formation, and my sex drive did tank for a couple months before returning and the bodyfat gain and softening

I don't know what to do

Why don't you people understand. It doesn't matter how many snake oils you consume. If you are destined by your genetics to go bald, you will go bald.
