Is There Any Liquid Minoxidil Without Alcohol And Pg?

Basically, the title, the alcohol in the liquid makes my scalp flaky, the PG makes it itchy and red.

But the liquid version is much more convenable than the foam. Is there any liquid option without alcohol and PG?
