Is there a particular way to demaroll for hairloss?

I was just wondering as I've seen on YouTube people who use it on their face and there's various ways people do this and plenty who state there are incorrect ways to do it.

Just wondered if there was a guide that most people use to do it correctly for treating hair loss.
