I've read a few studies and testimonies regarding vitamin D3 deficiency and hair loss. Some even went as far as saying things like slight temporal hair loss may be due to vitamin D3 deficiency. By deficiency I don't mean a just a little bit below the accepted levels, but something more chronic and significant. Curious to hear what you guys think.
Also for curiosity's sake, have you guys read about any such studies regarding other vitamins/minerals as well? Nowadays everything seems to be about vitamin D3. I've seen a few about zinc but that's about it.
