Is The Hair In My Donor Zone Thinning?

I worry my donor region has been compromised and I can be ruled out as a viable candidate for any hair transplant. Is there diffuse thinning or am I just imagining it?
And if there is are hair transplants a complete no-go?

Looks like it’s thinning a bit bro. I don’t if that affect you being able to get hair transplant tho.
