Is "stubborn Hair" Related To male pattern baldness? Thx

basically what I mean is, sometimes my hair's so messy and extremely hard to comb into style, as a result.
Like, for example, the hair on the right side of the top of my head is higher than the hair on the left side of the top of my head etc


Sorry if this is a stupid question, I was just wondering. This can't be normal tbh
