Is Starting Sexual Function And Free/total Testosterone A Predictor Of Sexual Sides On finasteride?

Hi,

I was wondering, *see title*. My own testosterone is above reference range, and my sexual function very strong, though I do have other health problems. Is a strong sex drive and high testosterone level indicative one may be able to "withstand" the negative impact of finasteride on sexual function? Would it be more likely to knock over the sexual ability of a male that has little to begin with? Any research on this? Any anecdotes?

Before finasteride my libido was so extremely high that it was annoying sometimes. Had rock hard erections no matter how much alcohol I had in my system. Morning wood: every morning.

Used finasteride for 5 months and 5 months later after quiting I still have weaker erections and no more morning wood.
