I have been on 1.25 of finasteride daily now for approximately one month. However, as soon as week one I experienced a dramatic decrease in the amount of hairs lost in the shower, from about 50-60 a day to less than 5. With that being said is shedding a requirement for hair to regrow, thicken, etc.
