If you guys aren't aware, Rafa Nadal got a hair transplant several years ago after it was pretty clear he was going to Norwood 6. His density looked pretty good, of course still "thinning" but much better than where he was:

However, check out this last video he posted on instagram:

It looks like almost all his transplanted hair fell out? Is it because he isn't on finasteride, or was just using a ton of concealer on top?

Did his transplanted hair fall out, or the remaining native hairs? That's too bad. I didn't even know he got a transplant. It's a shame these tennis players with good hair get such aggressive hair loss. I used to play tennis too. Maybe that was my problem lol

It looks like it was his transplanted hair, as he supposedly got 4000+ grafts via FUE in 2016.

This is important because it adds further credence to the theory that hair transplants are in fact not permanent, and that eventually the supposedly dht resistant hair will also fall out due to no longer being in the "safe zone" of the scalp.

Also, this guy is worth over 100 Million dollars, I'm sure he got the best transplant money can buy.
