Is Propecia The Right Move For Me? 7th Word

I’m 20 years old as of last week and have been receding at the hairline for about 2 years now. Have been using Rogaine for 5 months but it isn’t doing much. What do you think Propecia will do for me? I have the pills but am hesitant to take them. My hair still looks fine but it’s getting worse by the month. Here are some pics

My dad started going bald at 30. No one on moms side ever did. I’m just confused what to expect with finasteride. Like how long will it work for and also are the side effects real?
