Hey so i just started a rogaine + nizoral regime 4 months ago and I am seeing promising results.
After sexual side effects from a year long saw palmetto regime, I decided that I dont want to ever take propecia, in fear of messing with my hormones.
My question is this: Without adding a dht blocker like propecia, is me losing all my hair going to be inevitable. Is it possible to have long term maintenance using only topicals? Would my only other alternative have to be a hair transplant?
