Neurosteroid inhibition?

Rock bottom test/dht and elevated estrogen?

No one has any idea. My guess is most of the problems are related to neurosteroids being inhibited because finasteride ends up inhibiting the 5-ar type 3 along with the type 2 enzyme they targeted. Although finasteride sets off a cascade of hormone changes so could be any of them really. We probably will never know for sure before something new comes out and replaces finasteride like CB in 2021
