Yes it's fine. I buy it and other things there all the time. Look around really good though, sometimes you can find awesome deals when you least expect it. Don't buy from the first seller that looks cheap....you can usually find cheaper.

Sure its like anything else you purchase from ebay. Make sure you do the research and check the reputation of the seller and how long hes been on ebay, etc, etc... Use common sense.

I usually buy off amazon, but that's because I've been burned by ebay sellers before...

of course, that was a LOOOONG time ago, and there are much better protections in place nowadays, so I'm just needlessly paranoid.
